Aims of the school
Our school aims to: v Foster a loving and caring atmosphere in which the children and the whole staff can work as a team, supporting and encouraging one another. v Provide an education for all children that is exciting, stimulating, challenging and builds confidence. v Raise standards of achievement for all. v Cultivate a Christian environment in which children feel secure, calm, valued and happy. v Celebrate success; encourage, praise and positively reinforce good relationships, behaviour and work. v Encourage and develop high expectations from children, staff and parents. v Develop a strong partnership with parents and involve them in the learning process. v Forge positive links with the community. v Provide a happy, caring, stimulating and enjoyable environment in which each child’s physical, personal, social and intellectual potential is developed to the full. v Help children develop self-confidence and to encourage good behaviour, self-discipline and responsibility for themselves and others, now and in the future.
